Refunds & Returns

We really hope that you enjoy your purchase from Evelyns UK, however if you do need to make a return, all returns must meet our guidelines in order for the return policy to apply.

 

RETURNING ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CONSUMED OR OPEN

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused item(s) to us within 14 days after the delivery of the order. 

All item(s) that are being returned must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition that it was delivered to you in. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these terms above are not met.

Before an item is returned you must contact us via email on Hello@Evelynsuk.com you will be given the return details and be advised that your order must be returned back to us within 7 working days.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • If we are found at fault there will be no charges for returns within our 14 day return window as long as your product matches our Returns policy
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

 HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Faults/Damaged/Missing/Unwanted items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via email on Hello@Evelynsuk.com You will also be advised to take pictures of the damages found on the item(s) delivered before being advised to return the item(s) back to us. These pictures and evidence must be sent back to us within 72 hours of receiving the request.
  • Refund for purchased items may be subject to a confirmation on the faulty item.
  • Refunds on the returns described by the items above maybe rejected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to issue you with a refund unless the drinks are returned to us unopened. As we are unable to issue refunds for those that dislike the contents once consumed. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

You also have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
